Game crashed for over a week -_-

My game crashed for over a week when I was doing the update, I was not able to play, or delete the game, or update the game, it just start working las night at around 11:30 pm

Am I the only luky one who lost almost 2 weeks?
Plus half my guild abandonme me cus I had no other officers -_- the no one was able to do Raids
