It's cool you can see the same things as in game, there is a squad builder and list of other people's squads.

You can see arena ranks, your total collection everything but its on a website..share with friends online, collaborate with guildies.. whatever you want.

I just found it's pretty cool, and its FREE

Don't see why you'd get banned. Everything on the site is legit. It's very well built and maintained by Sep, a TI member. The Devs have even spoke positively of it on Reddit. It's a great tool for players and guilds.

I think it is a great resource to show you what you guild has, if you can get everyone to sign up. Beats going into every roster and counting 7* characters
