Crystals not being delivered daily

I haven't received my daily crystals in about a week. I bought them on December 14, and haven't received them in a while. Is this a bug? And will I be compensated when it gets fixed? There might be a post about this already, but I couldn't find it.

They last a week. So...your week is up.

No, they last a month. They ran one special that lasted a week. I always buy the one that lasts a month.

It could have been a 21-day supply. I can't remember right this second. Either way, I don't have any sort of daily delivery option in my crystals buying area anymore :-( I like the daily deliveries...
