Rebels vs Heroic Raid

For those who have experience in heroic raids. How does a rebel team fare vs rancor especially on phase 4?

Ackbar (L), Leia, STHan, HRS, Luke

Focusing on tm gain since i've read that rancor's tenacity is quite high so i'm looking into self buff teams

Phase 4? No way, dont even try it. Use Evasion lead Ben or Dooku.

Phase 1? Ackbar(L),Leia,Rey,QG,Daka and you'll get 400-500k against Capt.

So rancor is way too fast even with all those tm gain? Sounds scary.
