    86, because he deals more damage. Has syngeries with more useful characters, and well outside of RP's special. I just find her underwhealming :(.

    Looking forward, RP also needs 2 raid scanners and a raid nubian disc at Gear 9. Gearing him is onerous in comparison to 86.
