Rancor HP for each tier

Looking for Rancor HP on each tier. Mainly interested in tier 3, 4, and 5.

Also, trying to understand the HP % levels.
1) Like 10% = what dmg?
2) Is the % different on each tier?

I searched the forums and Googled. Nothing solid or understandable.
