Cad Bane:
Replace Jedi Hunter with
No honour among thieves.
Cad Bane get 3% dodge chance for each friendly living scoundrel. In addition whenever a friendly scoundrel evades an attack Cad Bane gains stealth.

This will give him a higher survival and deter enemies from focusing him first while emphasizing his habit of eluding his pursuers.

Mace Windu:
He's pretty much where he needs to be but shatterpoint feels too rng heavy. I suggest changing the way it works by removing the ability to resist the effect.

Darth Vader:
Change Inspire through fear to a potency % and have the turn meter reduction apply along debuffs. No % chance for turn meter reduction.

This will not only assist Vader but help to make empire teams more viable using characters such as Tarkin and Magmatrooper.
