Anyone notice Phamsa lead not working well in pvp?

Description says a 20% call in assist, so should be 1 in 5 attacks. I might get 1 assist in 5 pvp battles. But, makes me think her leader ability is broken. thoughts?

working as intended, if you toss a coin 2 times does not mean it will land one on each side

20% means for every attack, you have a 20% chance of it procing. Not that if you do it X times, it'll proc 20% of the time. There is a huge difference. And she's fine and working as intended.
