For phase 1 you want 1 character that can dispel deathmark - your teammate has Ewok Elder. A couple other options are Admiral Ackbar & Lobot.

You want at least 1 character that can reduce the captains turn meter. Your friend has Teebo. The more Teebo is stealthed the more you can use his basic with tm reduction so it's best to use him as leader.

So research characters that can dispel debuffs and reduce enemy turn meter.

And about phase 2 and 3 ?
What is the best options of characters and what are the best 5 leaders for it ?
I m already upgrading ewok elder and teebo.

There are a couple of post regarding T7 if you want to think on the long run.

Ewoks are no good in T7.

For t5 and t6 all you need is a lot of turn meter reduction + a dispeller and you can go up in the millions. Your teammate easily has that with elder and Teebo.

For the Rancor phases high dps is also nice to have but again on the lower tiers turn meter can help you a lot.
