I was just playing the droid event. And my magna-100 countered a darthcha, who went into strelth immediately after his basic. Not sure which of them is bugged.
I'm not sure I follow completely. But from what I understand, there does not sound to be an issue.
Datcha has a chance to gain stealth on his basic, and it seems to trigger after the counterattack is triggered (just tried this on dock). So if you're stealthed when you attack, there will be no counterattack, but in Dachas case, he will enter stealth just before finishing his turn.
