They DO. But there are just so many complaints and so few mods... This is the internet, after all, everyone feels the need to post their own thread, no matter how many pre-existing threads there already are. That's why there are, like, six active "Nerf Rey" threads at any given time.

I know... it's terrible. Makes me not come here but there is actually good info out here if you can find it. Maybe Reddit is the way to go

If they did that, then EA would completely avoid it and ignore it, better it stays here. If anything, they should move it to Reddit so that they are forced to deal with us, having no where to run and hide....
