How many times do folks recharge their regular energy and their cantina energy per day?

I read some where that generally the most efficient use of crystals was on recharges. Not sure why but I always assumed it to be 1 cantina recharge and 2 regular ones which is what I've been doing up to this point. I'm wondering if this is still the case or should I be doing some more/less?

Also, is there a cap on the amount you can do for each?

I'm doing the 100 and 200 on cantina and the 50-50-100-100 on regular energy. That's what I was suggested in my post.

I did 1 cantina and 3-4 regular.

But now I need furnaces, so I'm just doing 1 cantina and 2 regular and saving the rest of the gems to buy furnaces
