Rebel Team - Luke or Biggs?

I'm currently farming a rebel team on the side for when I finally finish my jedi for 7* Yoda and was wondering...
With a Rebel team consisting of:
Ackbar (L)
Stormtrooper Han
Hoth Rebel Scout
Lando
???
Which of the two would make the best fifth member? I realise Rey might be the optimal choice, but after seeing a video on the forum of someone showing off their gear X Luke in a video (and someone commenting on how they were surprisingly more impressed with Biggs) I'm intrigued!
At high gear levels they both seem more viable, but I've heard Biggs might be bugged concerning his crit chance up for allies. So what do you think?
