G11 Luke bugged?

So I just recently finished gearing and maxing Luke and I've been noticing in almost every battle his draw a bead abilIty never procs. It's supposed to be a 34% chance but since taking him to g11 I never see it anymore. Anyone else experiencing this?

Again what is g11 lukes potency? Status effects wont stick if theres no poyency to back it up.

Draw a bead is his self buffing crit up , potency has nothing to do with that. But his potency is 80%

a little off topic, but are you happy you went with luke vs hoth rebel scout? hearing different things about how easy it is to farm them and luke utility in raid

Going for hrs next but I'm personally pretty happy with Luke, especially as someone who plans to build rebel team and doesn't blow cash on Chromiums

yeah not bad at all, using ackbar lead it seems luke can attack very often, good to see some survivability
