Dispell and offense up bugs

All of a sudden the past 2 or 3 days since I moved up into the 30s and 40s in arena my qgj has been failing to grant offense up on dispel... The effect is gone but nothing is granted in return. Not only that but also the offense up granted by dodge with dooku lead is dissappearing before its used. It is granted on dodge but then immediately is taken away when the enemy unit that granted it finishes their turn... These features work fine for the enemy but I'm at a HUGE disadvantage when I have to focus down Han while taunting then take out the whole team without offense up while they have it
