Natural dodge?

Probably a stupid question but howcome there is such a thing as 'dodge rating' in the statistics of a character and it is 0 with every single character in the game even if the discription says 'high natural dodge' so what's up with that?

    Simply put, the descriptions are wrong. Have been for months. :/

    I heard if you point a blacklight at the dodge rating it will reveal the percentage.
