all the leader abilities apply to either; all allies, or only allies of a certain faction, or allies of a certain faction + half on all other allies, except for first order.
it sure sounds more powerfull, doubled for faction members, instead of half for non-faction members.

Leader abilities in game are broken imo.. So many redundant leaders , some apply what others but only to factions so who wants to limit them selfs, I think more characters need leader abilities reworked like ahkbar and look at him now...
