Damage bugs on raid

Hello,

there are some strange things i've noticed due raids ...

Fact:
*) DoT do not count to the char, who added DoT-status to rancor/gamo-captain (reason: sum of damage in summary is higher than calculated sum of each characters damage)

Suspicions:
*) when 2+ players fight at the same time and one of them finish the current phase, the mobs get buffed to kill out the other players off the same phase (reason: rancor deals way more damage in mentioned situation, just like in rage, but rage is still on cooldown [higher than 1, because often it shows cooldown 1 but he is in rage already])
*) when a player finish's a phase, the dealt damage of other players, who played at the same time, but where done before the player, who finish it, get subtracted (reason: sum of damage is lower than calculated sum of each characters damage)

In case im right, please try to fix it, because its not only annoying but unfair as well.

The fixed payout times are the worst part of this game and makes it absolutely family-unfriendly.
