Need help modeling a team

Hi fellow players, what's up? I'm actually doing (unfortunately) raids tier 4 only. I'm looking for some pro advices about where to take my characters to. I'm not afraid on spending bucks or time so even if a character is level 1, feel free to share your thoughts ! I really love playing clone teams by the way, highly advise on it!
