I have another account i made just to mess around. Pretty much choosing characters that I didn't have in my original account and leveling them up. There are a lot of characters you won't get to use on one account so if you ever want to create a different team that's the way to do it.
Same as above, I created my alternate account about a month playing SWGOH since soft launch. Played the main competitively. Yet it was my alternate account that hit #1 while my main struggled between 50-100 in arena.
Each time you start a new account and complete the tutorial you get 700 crystals, that's enough for two chromium pulls. If you want to create a second account then you can keep trying this until you get a good hero you want.
