Unable to claim the "Join a Guild" reward.

Shows up in the Reward section, but stands as "0/1".
I'm part of a guild since the beginning.
Force closed like ten times, went to the pit, out, and in, and out. But nothing made it.

Help ! I want to claim the 100 cristals.

I still can't claim it. I talked to EA support and they sent me an email saying to restart everything (which I had already done).
