Tip : t6 is a lot harder than a t7. t6 is anti -whale and needs way more mercs than a t7.

Moral : Only so t7s....

Definitely don't need help, but are you looking to settle down soon in an elite guild? We can finish a t7 Rancor in less than 2 hours, have many people who can solo pigs, etc... so we moved to an enter one team model. We really want the Grievous raid to come quickly, as Rancor is too easy, but you may be a good fit for our guild if you're looking to stay in one. Details below.
