Kylo Ren gives invisible DOTs?

I was playing gw today, and i attacked Kylo with Daka. He counter attacked, and brought her down into the red for health. She had no negative buffs on her, and all other enemy toons were already dead, yet when her next turn came along, she took damage and died. This isn't the first time i've seen this behavior from kylo's attacks, but i just thought it should be looked into.
