Thought I would give this another push, please reply if you support this.
Notice board in guild lobby should be for guild business, can still cycle through current info but should include a guild leaders message. It should also be accessible for further info ie: raid schedule, guild guide lines, etc, etc. Only leaders and officers to write, all members read. Also a notice to members when there is something new. Maybe a message facility to send messages to members in game in box.
