Fix Luminara's top tier heal

Luminara's top tier heal is supposed to be -1 cool down. Originally it was 2 cool downs after use. Now with top tier it is 3 cool downs. I am no math major but I am pretty sure 3 is not 1 less than 2.

Please fix ASAP. It should be a cool down of 1

Ummm definitely not... Luminara's heal really has a cooldown of 5 turns (shows up as 4 after you use it and on the fifth turn you're able to use it.) With her ability omega'd it's now a 4 turn cooldown which shows up as 3 after you use it and on the fourth turn you are able to. I don't know where you're getting your numbers from but everything is correct..
