If T7 P1 ends while you are in battle, Rancor Devour will be cooled down to start P2

This has now been confirmed a few times. Same for P2 -> P3. My guild's raid structure makes it so that most of our members are mid-battle when a phase ends. As soon as they start the next one, the Rancor is chewing up a toon at his first opportunity.
