Stars and Levels

I was wondering if it matters if you level up a character with lets say 3 stars or 7 stars. as an example would a character be more powerful if you were to get them to 7 stars before moving them up from level 1, vs gradually leveling them up and adding stars as you go.

In the end it is the same. You dont need to do it in any certain order to maximize stats or anything like that.

It depends. A 4* gear 11 toon will be way better than a 7* gear 7 toon. Especially in the case of RG, his health and protection go up with gear more than they do stars. The only downside to using a 4* gear 10 RG is that you will be targeted more just because he is 4*, even though a 7* wouldn't make a huge difference

You can do them in any order you wish. All roads start at the same point and end at the same point. The path may vary wildly, but the end result is always the same.
