Arena turn meter not resetting between matches

I tried to attack a team in arena tonight and lost. I waited until i can try again, but the defending teams tm did not reset. Their entire team hot a full 2 attacks per character before i got one. And before anyone says anything, no, it was not a phasma lead. It was Old Ben. I run daka, and she is pretty fast. They ran fives, a much slower chatacter, and he went first before anyone on any team could act. Then my team had to wait before moving. 3 of my toons were dead before i got a chance to act. Please look into this devs.
