Visual notification of Jedi Consular Saber Strike cooldown proc
When the Jedi Consular uses his basic attack "saber strike" it would be nice to know if the 25% or 50% chance at cooldown reduction has occurred.
This would allowed players that are paying attention to know if they are on a 1 turn, or two turn cooldown for his other skills.
With lots of other abilities there is either small red, or green, text that appears on the character or enemy to let you know that an effect has proc'ed.
Could this be added to JC as well?
