The game is supposed to be based on a holotable with hologram characters. Besides game balancing there is no reason from this perspective that you couldn't have a team of 5 Vaders.

Of course, every character has to be unique, but we can have Ani and Vader at the same time now. Different toons, but the same guy in lore.

This is a good point. If its just a game then let us farm 3 dakas or 5 b2 droids cause they are not a person so why not. Yeah its a dumb idea to let duplicates on the same team. If you do then let us run 5 stormtroopers like they do against us...
