Level 80 Omega Question

I'm having a little confusion in regards to reaching level 80 and claiming my first omega. Can I claim the complete all achievements achievement before leveling up and still get the omega achievement as long as I have other achievements yet to be claimed?

If someone could let me know that would be awesome

You cannot claim the daily activity for completing all the daily activities. When I hit 80, I saved the PVP activity as well just to be safe and I had no problem getting my omega right away.

I blew it and used my dailies to level up to 80. I was unable to claim the omega day 1. Save at least that last daily and level up simming nodes and you'll get it.
