Stun Cuffs: QGJ or Teebo?

I use QGJ in my arena team (finish at least top 20), and Teebo is my MVP in raids
QGJ needs a droid caller as well to get to gear 9, teebo needs a stun gun

QGJ cuz QGJ needs less raid gear going forward; Teebo needs tons.

If you haven't omega'd QGJ basic do it as it helps for raids and arena both.

For heroic level raids QGJ can get TM reduction even at g8/9 cuz of his bigtime potency; Teebo needs to be g10 plus scanner to be effective, but when he is with omega'd basic it's 100% TM reduction - very nice...

Thank you for the insight. Qgj has his basic omega'd and gets tm reduction nearly every attack in tier 6 for me. Teebo does a pretty solid job for now but good to know that he'll need a ton of gear in heroic.
