Is your guild composed of a wide range of raid ability?

If you have a few top guys that outscore the rest of your team by a million or more damage in tier 6, my guild would love to talk to yours about merging. We are a highly organized group composed of (mostly) competitive players, with about 10 ready for tier 7, and we use slack as our main form of communication and strategy sharing. Due to the lack of good free agents, and out of a desire to not break up the good team bond we all have, we see the fastest way for the top players in our guild to tackle a tier 7 would be to merge with another guild in a similar position. Then we can form an A and B team so that players can group more according to raid ability.
