I was looking to try something similar to this. It may be a bit overkill for Poe but u could also see it as a guarantee 5% heal (or more) against debuff applying enemies. Tenacity would be in the 120% range with a high Luke lead skill. Let us know how t works out.

It works but not the way I was expecting, poe resists everything as expected ( literally havent seen a negative effect on him since luke), but the main bonus were attacks like sids being redundant on me.
I'd advise this settup with high health allies, especially if you're changing from sid.
Poe would be ridiculous with luke's leader ability...
I currently run that exact team except with Sid as lead, sometimes swapping kylo in for lumi. Tried Luke a couple times as lead but preferred the extra crit chance and dmg.
