Where did this Biggs come from?
So I was fighting a team with Biggs on it earlier in GW and he seemed pretty usefull!
Self buffs, 100% turn meter gains and hit hard!!
Would anyone who has him maxed out be able to tell me what he's like to use - any toons he synergies well with?
