Bug while helping a friendly guild, now can't get back into mine.

Another guild had requested my guilds help in order to finish their tier 7 raid. I left my guild and sent an invite request to the other guild. During that time period an officer had also sent me a request to join. Things were buggy and I wasn't showing up under raid damage. restarted game and I was no longer in the guild so had to join again. Could not get back into main guild after as it said I joined too many guilds. Same thing happened to a guild mate who sent an invite request as he got invited. He didn't have to rejoin guild either
