Gear 9

Do all char start shining when reaching G9? Since G8 is very easy to reach and G9 needs some grinding is it rewarding as much time you spent?

Some characters don't shine until gear 10,namely ones that rely on potency and don't have any.

Almost every toon gets a major boost in protection at lvl 9, some also get one for HP as well. Beyond that as stated, potency reliance toons don't see much till 10.

No at g10 any character seems to be useful.

G10 is where you see the big difference. Plus the protection update/character balancing will have come into full effect by then.

B2 needs 10. He gets 130 potency

All characters really shine at max level, which I believe is G12.
