Resistance Trooper bug

Opportune Strike is supposed to have it's cooldown reduced by 2 when it is used on an enemy with a negative effect.

However, when that attack kills the target, the cooldown is not reduced.

It's exactly like when QGJ would kill an enemy with his humbling blow, it wouldn't give offense up to the group.

I've seen this too. The cooldown is not reduced if it's a finishing blow. Please fix.

Also, possibly not a bug, but an oversight on the character's design... a big part of what should make him good is that applying expose gets him turn meter. If he kills the target, there's no way to know if the expose landed or not. The expose should occur before the damage so that he has a shot at the TM gain.

Also, just noticed that the cooldown is not reduced when shooting the Rancor, when the Rancor has only the Toppled status effect (under the door). However, if the Rancor also has Offense Down, it does give the cooldown bonus. Is there some reason Toppled wouldn't count?

A little more information: Today I noticed that when the Rancor is under the door, Trooper *will* get the cooldown bonus *if* the Speed Down hits. If Speed Down doesn't hit, and Topple is the only negative status effect on the Rancor, the cooldown bonus does not trigger. So it does seem like Topple does not count as a negative status effect.
