Leia not going before Rey in arena?

Not sure if I'm missing something but recently I have seen Rey going first before leia in arena matches!

Now leia is maxed geared and so is Rey and in profile leia has speed of 158 and Rey 152, so surely that mean Leia goes first?

Leader for my team is phasma and opposit team is old Ben so no speed boost there.

So is this a bug or am I missing something?

I don't think you have her maxed gear. My Rey moves at 164 speed. Same as a maxed out Leia. So it's a coinflip who goes first.

Get Ackbar and make him lead with Leia. She will go first every time.

Ah ok so the + gear isn't automatically added to the white value it is both added together, then that makes sense as both 164 and coin flip, thanks for the replies.
