Exceeded Guild Transitions?

Can't join a guild for over two days now. Left two guilds trying to join a friends guild and now can't join any guild at all, and worst of all there's no Guild Store for me to use. Anyone found a fix for this issue?

You can do two join/leave activities per day. If you try to exceed this, there's a lockout refresh everyday until you can continue. From the sounds of it, you should be reaching the end of that grace period, but if the problem persists, toss this here thread an update. Cheers!
