Who next from Cantina shipments?

Should I start on First Order Officer or Hoth Rebel Scout? Or should I finish Boba Fett? He's currently 4 stars and 39/65.

I have everyone else I'd like from Cantina.

I would get Boba to at least 5 stars if you're that close already. He may be useful in the scoundrel event and could be tweaked in the future to make him more effective.

I haven't used any of the three but currently hoth rebel scout is the most viable for arena and raids. I know his kit the best and I'm also farming him. He has very high speed, and honestly is a solid toon, I recommend him because in this game you don't wanna make a mistake, and boba fett currently, is a mistake. He needs lots of hard gear and is awful. Yes a rework should be coming. But that could be months and months down the line.
