I didn't do it. Usually I win the fight before he can taunt again or st Han is dead before he can taunt again.

Only if you can max his gear out so he has reasonable enough HP to make taunting a second time worthwhile AND you have a decent heal like Lumi to keep him alive.

I could have used it yesterday in a long fight I had with a ben lead and sun fac.

It's also useful for GW. But I think others are better to put it on now since you won't need it all the time

I basically omegad everyone on my arena team except rg. Rey and qgj are fully omegad. As is ben.
So it's between sthan who i did just geared to level 10 or my raid stars like teebo or phasma
