Where to contact devs (and why was my poll randomly closed?)

I posted a poll about 45 minutes ago that created a much needed discussion on a topic that is apparently too touchy to talk about (so I won't state what it was about to be safe), resulting in the poll being closed.
Does anyone know where I can send a message to the devs or to support for SWGOH?
