Tenacity doesn't feel like it works.

So I've noticed over the time playing recently, my ackbar and Leia get negative effects at the same rate as my other characters in arena. Even though ackbar should buff himself and other rebels tenacity up. I just don't feel like they see more resists at all. I also havnt seen sun fac resist a single Stun from RG in the time I've had him. I even maxxed his gear in hopes the extra tenacity would make it less often. It just doesn't feel that way currently.
