Gear hierarchy and the gear rewards that are challenge tier dependant are a disaster. I purposely do tier 3 vs tier 4 of some challenges because it offers gear that is needed by my high lvl chars vs doing the tier above it which offers gear I have 500 of and that no one needs. Its Pathetic that this is still an issue.
