Tier 5 guild is looking for 2 active 75+ players

We are a casual guild with 48/50 daily contributing players, looking to fill 2 spots from departing members. Currently we raid tier 5 raids, at a rate of one every 28 hours, we dont have a set start raid time, just doing them back to back. The reset time is CET +1 based, but the player base is from all over the word, so someone is always playing. We plan to move to tier 6 within the next couple of weeks or sooner. The guild is not hard core, but as we raid a lot and people contribute at high level, expectations are than new members will try to do their 600s and also participate in the daily activities.

What we are looking for:

Daily contribution of at least 400
7 7* units, or close to having them
Level 75+ is preferred, but starred units are taken in consideration
Participation in the daily activities
