I cant upgrade my abilities

Hi all, well my problem its simple but unconfortable, i will use the example on my jedi cónsul ( idk english name, im spanish) , i have the bassic attack ability with rank 4, and i wanna upgrade it to rank 5, but i cant, and i have level, crédit and all the needed materials, and this thing is happening to me with more chracters, please any help would be awesome!

I thought the same thing. I have all of the mats for Chewbaca... but i dont. Scroll down on the required mats side. You are likely missing the purple mats.
