To every Tarkin lover

I really love Tarkin's utility(esp offense down for 3 turns!) but dat speed is way too low. However, according to swgohcantina, he will have 102 speed in the next patch.
The real question is whether his offense down can land on 3 or more targets.
Can anyone with a geared tarkin comment on the successful rate of his offense down ability?

There's a 7 star tarkin in my top 10. Im scared of him.

Even 102 speed is hella slow. Offense down would be more effective if he could land it before most of the enemy uses their skiĺls.

Old Ben with Qui Gon as lead scares me...thankfully he can still be stun locked by Dooku.
