Please fix Tarkin before the Assault Battles: Forest Moon event starts

I'm disappointed that Tarkin's Ultimate Firepower still has not been fixed. Out of the 20+ times I've used him his ability never removes 60% turn meter for all enemies at level 7 gear 8 as described. PLEASE fix this before the event starts.

I have seen it hit before, but his abysmal potency will keep him from ever being used. Someone posted a great idea to make him opposite Ackbar skills, that'd be awesome.

Potency is decent, it's a problem with only a 45% chance for it to proc on top of only decent potency.

+1 Basically his top potency at highest gear and level is 39% .... All that is needed is his potency to be raised to like 60-80 percent and his ability chance to be a 50% chance to remove 70% turn meter.

Just to give you an idea, 60% potency is like the minimum you should have to use turn meter removal on rancor and stuff.
