Question : What is happening when the application closes while playing a battle(PVE)?

Let's assume that the application/phone is crashed. What is happening if you were in the middle of a battle?

1) PvP -> loss
2) GW -> resets the fight
3) Cantina,LS and DS battles -> ???????

It happened to me while playing cantina battle. I checked that I didn't get a shard but don't know about the rest of the rewards. However, I am sure that I lost 10 cantina energy.

So why not taking energy from the player at the moment that the battle is over? Like GW? Yeah I know this will lead to "exit" in order not to lose, but 99% of fights in cantina and LS/DS battles is for farming reasons with auto/sims.
